Makes ¼ cup. 2 minute cook time.
Goes great with anything deep fried! We always serve it with Tonkatsu pork.
2 tbsp ketchup
1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Few drops of liquid smoke
Whisk all ingredients together.
Taste and adjust to your liking.
